This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Loomi platform (app.loomi.tax) and our website (loomi.tax). Loomi is a trading name of TAXME LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Your browser's local and session storage work in a similar way. In this policy we call all of them cookies.

2. The cookies we use

Loomi uses only cookies that are needed to provide the service you ask for: to sign you in, to keep your account secure and to remember a few settings you choose. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for your consent to cookies.

  • Sign-in (__session, __client_uat, and __client on clerk.loomi.tax): keep you signed in and protect your account. They are set by our sign-in provider and last while you stay signed in.
  • Sidebar (sidebar_state): remembers whether the app's sidebar is open or closed. It lasts 7 days.
  • Appearance (theme, in your browser's local storage): remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance, until you clear it.
  • Logo animation (session storage): plays the logo's animation only once per browser tab. It is deleted when you close the tab.

3. Visit statistics on our website

Our website counts visits with privacy-friendly statistics that use no cookies, store nothing on your device and show us aggregated numbers only.

4. Other services' pages

When you pay for a plan, our payment provider's checkout and billing pages, and when you book a call, the booking calendar, may set their own cookies on their own sites. The booking calendar asks for your consent to its optional cookies. Their own cookie policies apply.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you cannot sign in to Loomi.
